• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and delays.

• Kepees Travel is not responsible for any illness, injury, or loss occurring during the trip.

7. Changes to Itinerary

• We reserve the right to modify or cancel any part of the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, airline schedule changes, political unrest, or force majeure events.

• In such cases, we will provide alternative arrangements of similar value.

8. Liability

• Kepees Travel acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

• We are not liable for delays, accidents, losses, or damages caused by third-party service providers.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the booked services.
